1) Do you have a physical store location? 
Our goal is provide the lowest possible priced items so having a physical store will reduce our ability to do so. Of course in future, we envision a place for customers to browse what we have but it will depend heavily on your support.

2) I am located outside Singapore, do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas but feel free to contact us so that we can give the estimated shipping and handling charges involve and for you to decide whether it is worth your while. Please be advised that for overseas buyers, we only accept Paypal as the form of payment.

3) How do I make purchases from this store? What are the forms of payment?
You can fill in the order form here or email us at amwonderstore@gmail.com. We will contact you within 48 hours on how to fulfill the payment.
For self pick-up, we will send you a confirmation email once the items are ready for pick-up.
For orders that require postage (local or overseas), we will email the additional cost incurred and upon receipt of confirmation order, will proceed with the transaction and ship out the item(s).
We will hold your order for 7 days upon confirmation to make the full transaction

For self pick-up, the payment method will be cash on delivery.
For local postage, the payment method will be via OCBC/DBS/UOB bank transfer. Shipping and handling charges applies.
For overseas postage, the payment method will be via Paypal. Shipping, handling and Paypal fees applies.

4) What is A M Wonderstore's return policy?
If you have specific questions or requirements regarding the item or packaging, do let us know so that we can revert and help you make an informed decision. For postage, we will ensure that the packaging is not compromised upon sending. However, we seek your kind understanding that in order keep the cost down to a minimal for your benefit, we are unable to bear the responsibility for items that is damaged in transit or after picked up.

5) What are the shipping charges?
We would love to be able to able to make the call, however, as we are not making any profits from shipping, the cost varies depending on the courier charges. You can either contact us or indicate in your order form and we will get back to you on the shipping charges on your order (rest assure we will help to find the best rate available).

6) If I am interested in an item that is currently out of stock or not in your catalogue, can you help me get it?
If the item(s) is out of stock, we can consider indenting it for your sake but you might have to wait a little. For item(s) not in our catalogue, we can help you to source for it and revert to you on the best price available. You can submit your enquiry by clicking on Contact Us in the menu.

7) How can I pickup the items ordered and pay cash on delivery?
As we are located in Singapore, you can choose to pickup the items ordered within 7 days at either Hougang or Sengkang after 8pm. *Arrangement can also be made for pickup at various MRT Stations : Bishan, Braddell, Hougang, Sengkang or Buangkok (and as far as Tampines) but it is all subjected to availability of our limited resource

8) Can I cancel an order or pre-order?
Once you confirmed an order or pre-order, it is a committment for both of us, hence, we expect for it to be honoured. However, we do understand that sometimes genuine mistakes are made and may make allowances on a case-by-case basis.

9) Where do you get your items from?
We get our items mainly from sources in United States or sometimes Europe.

10) How do I contact you for other questions?
For orders of in-stock items or pre-orders, you can click on the Order Form link on the menu. For other enquires, you can click on the Contact Us link on the menu. Alternatively, you can just email us at amwonderstore@gmail.com.
